Information You Provide
Search Entries
When you type a name, county, or location into a third-party search box, that request is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Mecosta County Inmate Population does not keep a separate local log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and manage the request. It is not shared outside the site operator unless a legal requirement applies.

Cookies
Cookies may be used to understand site use, measure traffic, remember basic settings, and support advertising or analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, although some features or measurements may work differently after that.
How Information Is Used
- To keep the site available, readable, and reasonably fast.
- To pass search requests to the correct partner service.
- To learn which Mecosta County custody and record pages are most useful.
- To diagnose broken links, display errors, and other technical issues.
- To display advertising that may be based on general interests or browsing activity.
Links Beyond This Site
This site links to sheriff pages, court portals, MDOC OTIS, BOP, ICE, VINELink, visitation services, and third-party search tools. After you leave this site, the privacy policy and data practices of the destination site control.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and show targeted ads. That tracking happens through their services, not through a public Mecosta County record system.
